Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Accounting / Payroll Specialist to join our client's team in Marietta, GA. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with accounting and payroll experience who is looking for a long-term career opportunity with potential for permanent placement.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with payroll processing and related payroll functions.
Perform general accounting and administrative duties.
Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities as needed.
Utilize QuickBooks for accounting and financial recordkeeping.
Qualifications
QuickBooks experience is required.
Previous accounting and/or payroll experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Dependable, professional, and reliable.
Ability to start immediately.
