If you love working with your hands and creating beautiful, functional pieces, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:Fabricate, assemble, and install custom cabinets and millwork to precise specificationsRead and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and work ordersOperate woodworking machinery including table saws, routers, joiners, and sandersMeasure, cut, and shape wood, laminates, and other materials with accuracyApply finishes, stains, and hardware to completed cabinetryPerform quality control checks to ensure all pieces meet company and client standardsMaintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environmentRequirements:Proven experience as a Cabinet Maker, Carpenter, or similar woodworking roleProficiency with hand tools and power woodworking equipmentAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanshipKnowledge of wood types, laminates, finishes, and hardwareAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a shop environmentReliable, punctual, and takes pride in their workAbout Us:Mind Designs Inc is a custom cabinetry and design company based in Bohemia, NY, dedicated to crafting exceptional pieces that transform spaces.
