As a Call Center Supervisor, you'll have the opportunity to lead a team that makes a difference for customers every day. • Lead day-to-day call center operations, ensuring service goals are met and customers receive timely, effective support.
• Serve as a trusted resource for resolving complex customer concerns and empowering your team to succeed.
• Partner with teams across the organization to enhance processes, improve efficiency, and elevate the customer journey.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and service excellence.

Also want to make sure you have

• Minimum 3 years in customer service/call center expereince
• Familiarity with warranty processes
• At least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role

Compensation

$65,000 to 80,000, pay based on experience
