Job Title: Case Manager
Location: Morristown, NJ 07960
Schedule - 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Contract: 13 weeks, Possible extension
Local Pay- $55-$59/hr
Travel Weekly Pay: $2,100.00 to $2,296.00/week
Required Skills & Experience :
2 years of acute care experience strongly preferred
Case Management, Managed Care. In Patient Case Management is required
Required Education:
BSN required
RN license required
CCMC
Additional Details:
Hospital experience required, including experience with discharge planning and placement in rehabilitation facilities Minimum 2 years of experience with acute inpatient hospital discharge planning Rotating weekends:
