We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist working from our Americas HQ in West Dundee IL.

We are looking for a creative innovative collaborative and analytical person to join our marketing team to support our digital transformation while creating fantastic customer are looking for someone that has experience with B2B and marketing automation platforms. This role will require significant time working with and utilizing our automation platform (Marketo) You will work closely with the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns and other duties as assigned.

es & Responsibilities

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Providingsupport to the marketing operations side of our marketing automationmanagement anddevelopment.

• Designing creatingand implementing contentprocess flows and automation to support the buyer journey.

• Support andconsultour divisional & regional marketing teams to help themspecify andachieve their goals from U.S. marketing programs.

• Measureand reporton theeffectivenessof marketing programs and channels.

• Developand maintainpersona-focusedmulti-channel marketingcampaignsin collaboration withcolleagues across the marketing organization.

• Assistin the management ofourMartechstackand marketing data.

• Assisting the marketing manager and supporting the marketing team with marketing activities

• Assisting with the production of marketing materials and literature

• Coordinating the production of a wide range of marketing communications

• Assist with the collation of information for promotional literature

• Uploading marketing material to online libraries internet groups and social media sites

Key requirements

• Marketing degree preferred; or 4 years of marketing experience in a similar role.

• Knowledge of CRM and MA systems within a B2B company. Manufacturing environment preferred.

• Stronglisteningcommunications and networkingskillsto enable excellent collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.

• Basic knowledge of web designincluding. HTMLideallyJavaScriptand databases (SQL) JSON and working with APIs.

• You will have strong analytical skillsand be comfortable designing logic-drivenautomation programs.

• Basic understanding of data privacy regulations
• Other duties as assigned or requested

Qualifications

Education and Experience: Minimum

• 4 years of experience in marketing
• Some college or equivalent business to business work experience.
• Proficient with standard office productivity tools including MS Office CRM systems webinars and social media
• Understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing technologies
• Excellent communication skills and comfortable with multi-tasking and shifting priorities
  • Analytical skills and data-driven thinking

Education and Experience: Preferred

• Bachelor of Arts or Science in Marketing degree or relevant field.

• Manufacturing background

Compensation Range (Annual)

• $70000 to $80000(depending on level and location)

In an effort to comply with local legislation as well as to provide greater transparency to candidates regarding cash compensation Renishaw sets standard pay ranges for all U.S.-based roles as established by job function level and geographic location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise as well as geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above.
