Title- Marketing Specialist
Location- Hartford, CT
Duration- 6 Months
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and execute A/B tests, multivariate tests, and other web experiments to optimize user experience and conversion rates.
• Analyze test results using statistical methods to derive actionable insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, developers, and other stakeholders to develop and implement testing strategies.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the impact of web experiments.
• This roll will also assist with the user acceptance testing/QA for web pages being re-built in a new content management system as part of our website migration project
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in web experimentation, A/B testing, or a related role.
• Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and experimentation platforms (e.g., Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web experimentation and optimization.
