Duties:
- Perform full-service grooming services including bathing, shed-less and haircut options for pet and breed trims.
- Handle animals with care and ensure their safety and comfort during grooming sessions.
- Provide excellent customer service by consulting with pet owners to understand their grooming preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the grooming salon.
- Monitor pets for health issues and report any concerns to pet owners and team members.
-Handle check-ins, check-outs & client booking with exceptional customer service.
Skills:
- Proficiency in pet grooming techniques and skills, including pet and breed trims (minimum of 1 year)
- Strong customer service skills
- Willingness to learn and be part of a growing team
- Ability to handle dogs safely and confidently
- Understanding of pet care best practices
-Able to self-motivate and stay on task
