Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking a Pastry Cook 3 to join our dynamic Food & Beverage Team. The ideal candidate will bring excitement and dedication in serving our guests. Satisfying our guests depends on the united efforts of many, we are most effective when we work together cooperatively, respecting each other's contribution and importance.
The Pastry Cook is responsible for preparing sweet items, cakes, ice creams, sorbets, fruit compotes, chocolates and show pieces according to guest orders and banquet event orders in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment.
