Highlights of your role - Provide customers with timely, accurate guidance on product capabilities, limitations, and specifications
- Prepare pricing, estimates, structural analyses, and AutoCAD drawings
- Solve complex and unique challenges using creative and practical problem-solving
- Partner cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Engineering, R&D, and other teams to ensure solutions are within production capabilities
- Support and educate dealers, channel partners, and trade professionals
- Contribute to departmental accuracy, responsiveness, and service quality goals
You're a good fit if you have (or if you can) - 1-2 years of experience in estimating, drafting, construction, or a related discipline
- Comfort using Microsoft Office products
- Ability to learn AutoCAD through provided training
- Collaboration skills paired with sound judgment in a business environment
Also want to make sure you have - Associate degree in a related field preferred
- Technical curiosity and the ability to learn product systems quickly
- Ability to self-manage priorities, timelines, and details
- A solution-oriented mindset and comfort navigating ambiguity

Compensation $22.00 - $26.00 per hour, pay based on experience
