Salary: $55,000 - 65,000 per year Requirements:

• No prior work experience or portfolio is required. We hire for aptitude and drive; if you do not have a portfolio, be prepared to describe what you are learning and how.

• Build and maintain production systems that process live orders and serve customers.
• Work on real-time data pipelines using technologies such as Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, Redis, and PostgreSQL.
• Create customer-facing builder interfaces.
• Develop Shopify integrations, including webhooks, GraphQL, reliable synchronization, and idempotency.
• Contribute to mobile applications built with Flutter, Swift, and Kotlin.
• Apply computer vision and machine learning to product imagery, automation, and forecasting.
• Work with modern agentic coding workflows.

We are USAMM, a veteran-owned military retailer known as The Armed Forces Super Store, with more than 60,000 products, over 140 employees, and a new 28,000-square-foot headquarters in Killeen, Texas. We also develop our own platforms, including EZRackBuilder, Shadow Box Builder, and USWAG. As our Software Developer, you will join our in-house engineering team and work directly under our CTO. Our technology stack includes Vue, Nuxt, Flutter, Swift, Kotlin, Node.js, PHP, Rust, Python, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Firebase, Pandas, BigQuery, Meta Prophet, AWS, and Google Cloud; familiarity with every technology is not expected. This is a full-time, in-person position in Killeen, Texas.
